Rules&Regulations :

*Maximum of 2 members per paper
*Participants should send the soft copy to us on or before 18th  february.

* Selected presentations will be intimated  through mail  on  20th  February .

* Each presentation will be given with in a total time of 8+2 min.
*Bring two hard copies along with a soft copy on the date of  presentation. 

*Paper must and should be in IEEE Format.
         
        IEEE Rules : 

                        *Font-Times New Roman,

                        *Line Spacing-1.5pts

                        *Font Size-Title-14pts,Sub-Title-12pts,Caps&text-10 (or) 11pts

                        *Paper Size-A4 Letter

                        *Max.Pages:6 or 8 

                        *File Types: Ms - Word(doc) (or)  pdf format 
                        *Do not use double-spacing

*Papers will be selected on the basis of content and its quality.

*Judges will announce the results at end of session.
*Attractive Prizes will be awarded for winners.
*Registration fee: 300/- per presentation

POSTER PRESENTATION

       (For ECE)  

   
     * Maximum 2 members per poster.

     * The poster can be either handmade or printed. 

     * Abstract should not exceed 500 words. 

     * The entire presentation must not exceed 20 minutes.   

     * Participants should send their abstract about the poster on  or before Feb 18th.

     * Short listing will be done based on the abstract. 

     * Selected candidates have to present their idea on a standard poster of dimensions 
        3X4ft. 

     * All relevant data and figures must be represented in the poster.
